Sant ‘Eustachio – Introduction
Sant ‘Eustachio is THE place to head for both coffee and for people watching when you are in Rome. They are very serious about their coffee here with only the best Arabica varities on offer.
They have been open continuously since 1938, so are heading towards a century of operation here.
A lot of the Sant ‘Eustachio coffee comes from traditional sources such as Brazil, Ethiopia and Guatemala, but we were surprised to see that they also have sourced beans from the islands of St Helena and even the Galapagos Islands!!
You can find out more on their Web site here.
We have included them in our story about coffee and where to find it here.
