Jeffrey Cerciello is the head chef at Thomas Keller's Bouchon in the Napa Valley and is co-author of the fabulous Bouchon cookbook that we believe sets new standards in food writing.
He is also a fantastic chef in his own right and deserves his co-billing with Keller for the authourship of this book.
