Elisabeth Luard

Elisabeth Luard is a talented and successful food writer who has lived a varied and interesting life.

She has lived in southern Spain and travelled extensively across Europe. Her books reflect this background concentrating on the cuisines of Spain and central Europe, although, more recently, she has begun to cover the vast continent of South America.

We just love her book on European Peasant Cookery.
