The Food Lovers' Cookbook Collection
Known as Lady Clark of Tillypronie, Charlotte Clark was a passionate collector of recipes, filling thousands of pages with her hand-written notes from the early 1840s until her death in 1897.
After her death, her husband decided to turn those recipes that had not previously been published elsewhere into a printed collection.
This important book was even singled out by no lesser authority than Elizabeth David as one of her key culinary influences.
