A favourite place for breakfast in Sydney. The bright, spacious airy room in the Medina Apartments complex is a lovely place to relax at the start of the day over an orange juice and good coffee.At a recent breakfast we enjoyed an amazing plate of fruit. On the plate was half a perfectly ripe mango, some blackberries and blueberries, slices of nectarine, wedges of grapefruit, a banana, some watermelon and half a passionfruit. Delightful!The scrambled eggs are justifiably popular and you can order little extras such as mushrooms or a slab of vintage cheddar to accompany the eggs and the thick slices of toast. Or you can try the banana porridge with a side of fruit compote.The sourdough toast served with butter and jam is also a favourite.They also serve lunch and dinner here with dishes such as Wagyu beef burger with cos lettuce, tomato pickles and caramelised onion, chicken and pancetta terrine with toast and home made chutney and crab cakes with celeriac slaw.======================To learn more about Bill's recipes see the books below:
