A small, comfortable and very hospitable establishment that is close to the centre of the action in Union Square. Borders fabulous bookstore is just around the corner, there are restaurants galore, Nieman Marcus is a block away and the cable cars are only metres from the door.There are only thirty rooms, but they are all comfortable and the goose feather pillows and doonas are particularly welcome after a long flight.The hotel is a non-smoking establishment and they actively promote a non-tipping policy that is a welcome change.
