It is not large with only 100 rooms so you get personalised service from the well-trained staff.The restaurant is a great place for a 'power' breakfast and you are likely to be surrounded by tables of business people making last minute preparations for a hard day of lobbying on Capitol Hill (the hotel is four blocks north of the White House). The bar is a great place for a quiet drink in the early evening.The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The room service is excellent and the front-of-house people are interested in their guests' welfare. They go out of their way to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one.
